The State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region" is working to improve the administrative and economic base.  As of March 2023, the following works have been carried out:

1. The corridors in the polyclinic building were overhauled.

2. All the sanitary facilities of the clinic were reconstructed and a separate special sanitary facility for the disabled was equipped.         

3. The offices of the polyclinic's district doctors were renovated.

4. A car parking area was arranged.

In accordance with the Comprehensive State Energy Saving Programme of Ukraine, all windows of the polyclinic building were replaced with modern metal-plastic windows and  a modern, more energy-efficient modular gas boiler was put into operation.
