Paid services

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 17, 1996 No. 1138 "On Approval of the List of Paid Services Provided in State and Municipal Health Care Institutions and Higher Medical Educational Institutions" (as amended), Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated April 13, 2021 No. 265 "On Approval of the Procedure for Formation of Tariffs for Paid Services Provided by Health Care Institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine" (as amended), Order of the State Institution "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region" dated July 18, 2021 No. 263 "On Approval of the Procedure for Formation of Tariffs for Paid Services Provided by Health Care Institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine" (as amended).

You must have an identification code (persons who do not have a code for religious reasons must have a passport of a citizen of Ukraine). The account is formed by the accounting department, together with the medical staff who provided the medical service. Payment for the provided medical services is made following the APPROVED RATES by non-cash payments after transactions, personally by the patient at the nearest bank branch, or by transfer from a payment card.
